The Global Skills Mobility Association of India (GSMAI) is India's first industry-led association dedicated to advancing the country's global skills mobility ecosystem.
Established as a not-for-profit Section 8 company, GSMAI brings together stakeholders across the international workforce mobility landscape to build ethical, transparent, and high-quality pathways for skilled talent.
Founded by 20 leading organisations, GSMAI works to strengthen collaboration, raise industry standards, support evidence-based policy, and position circular mobility as a driver of economic opportunity and global workforce development.
