He has also advised the Asian Development Bank on state skill missions across India.
At Magic Billion, he has been instrumental in building partnerships with governments and international stakeholders to advance structured and ethical overseas employment. His expertise has also led to his appointment to the Government of West Bengal's Advisory Board for Overseas Placement, reflecting his contribution to India's evolving global talent mobility ecosystem.
