Amit Saincher is the Head of VFS Global Academy, where he leads the development of learning and talent initiatives focused on building future-ready skills. He brings over 25 years of leadership experience across business development, strategic planning, operations, client relations, sales and marketing.
Before joining VFS Global, Amit held senior leadership roles with The Walt Disney Company in India, where he was part of the India Leadership Team and led business operations across sports, brand experiences, events and corporate operations. His earlier experience includes leadership roles with Mashal Sports and The Oberoi Hotels & Resorts.
At VFS Global Academy, Amit is focused on building world-class learning institutions and strengthening partnerships across education and industry. His work includes initiatives around future-ready skills, professional development and international talent, bringing together education, employability and evolving workforce needs.
