Shubham Gupta is a recruitment and talent-development professional currently working as Director – Recruitment Success at Virohan. His work focuses on building and strengthening recruitment processes and helping Virohan attract and develop the talent needed to scale its mission in healthcare education. Before joining Virohan, he co-founded Blackboard Radio (BBR), where he worked on education and learning initiatives, and previously worked with Avanti Learning Centres as a Curriculum Associate.

With experience spanning recruitment, education, curriculum development and organisational growth, Shubham brings a combination of people-focused and operational experience to his role at Virohan. Virohan works toward expanding access to quality healthcare education and building a skilled healthcare workforce.
